In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with dew138, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing dew138 from within the territory of Indonesia, or from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for individual users.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing dew138 from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in Clause 1.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from dew138 or any affiliated platform as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion program.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee or officer of dew138 or any of its affiliated entities, technology partners, or payment processors.
• You must not already hold another active or suspended account with dew138. Each member is permitted exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

dew138 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to dew138's satisfaction.

To access the full range of dew138 Services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as required by the registration form. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your dew138 account:

1. Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile phone number, and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
2. One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account with dew138. Creating additional accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a different device, or a different payment method — is strictly prohibited. dew138 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment account cross-referencing to detect duplicate registrations.
3. Account Ownership. Your dew138 account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any balance held within it to any third party.
4. Verification (KYC). dew138 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request or at any other time determined by dew138's compliance team. KYC documents typically include a government-issued Indonesian identity card (KTP), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension.
5. Contact Details. You are responsible for keeping your registered contact information up to date. dew138 will use the email address and mobile number on record for all account communications, security alerts, and promotional notices.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dew138 login credentials, including your username and password. dew138 strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your account settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to be dew138 customer support agents.
• Log out of your dew138 account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account to dew138 customer support immediately via live chat at [email protected].

dew138 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, your sharing of credentials with a third party, or your use of an unsecured device or network.

All financial transactions on the dew138 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). dew138 supports the following local payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

1. Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet channels and Rp 25.000 for bank transfer channels. Minimum deposit thresholds may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
3. Processing Times. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 2 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 60 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of peak demand, scheduled system maintenance, or Indonesian national public holidays.
4. Matching Payment Methods. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit. dew138 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5. No Fees. dew138 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer or processing fees, for which dew138 accepts no responsibility.
6. Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours and are not proceeds of criminal activity. dew138 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for deposits that trigger compliance review thresholds.
7. Deposit Limits. dew138 offers voluntary deposit limit tools under its responsible gaming framework. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period.

dew138 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

1. Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 5x (five times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms page.
2. Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible members who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. dew138 reserves the right to withhold a bonus or promotional benefit from any account where suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is detected.
3. One Bonus at a Time. Members may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses is considered bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
4. Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within their stated validity period, or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, will automatically expire and be removed from the member's account without compensation.
5. Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets and live casino games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the individual promotion terms. Void, cancelled, or drawn bets do not count toward wagering requirements.
6. Bonus Abuse. dew138 operates sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in bonus value, coordinated multi-account promotion exploitation, and systematic low-risk wagering designed to satisfy rollover requirements without genuine play. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the dew138 platform. Product-specific rules (e.g., sportsbook rules, live casino rules, slot game rules) are published separately within each product section of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by dew138. dew138 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where odds were published in error, where a market has been suspended, or where there is reason to believe a bet was placed in bad faith.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed within the platform interface. Limits may vary by sport, market type, event, and individual account history.
• Palpable Errors. Where odds or game payouts are published as a result of a manifest error (a "palpable error"), dew138 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and to re-settle them at the correct price or refund the stake, at dew138's sole discretion.
• Disconnection Policy. In the event that your internet connection is interrupted during an active game round (e.g., live casino hand, slot spin), dew138's server-side game records will be the sole authoritative record of the game outcome. Disputed outcomes will be reviewed against server logs.
• Match Fixing and Integrity. dew138 cooperates with sporting integrity bodies and reserves the right to void any bet on an event where credible evidence of match fixing, corruption, or improper conduct affecting the outcome is identified, regardless of when such evidence becomes available relative to the settlement of the bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dew138 platform. Any member found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently terminated, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the dew138 platform in any way that is not consistent with normal human use.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid compliance thresholds, or using dew138 as a conduit for the transfer or concealment of funds of illegal origin.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including chip-dumping in live poker or coordinated betting across linked accounts.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dew138 customer support staff or other members through any platform communication channel.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the dew138 platform, servers, databases, or networks through hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or any other unauthorized means.
• Accessing dew138 via a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or compliance controls.

All content on the dew138 platform — including but not limited to the dew138 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, audio elements, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of dew138 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dew138 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any dew138 content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any dew138 software; create derivative works based on dew138 content; or use dew138 branding in any commercial or promotional context without prior written consent from dew138.

dew138 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help members maintain control over their gaming activity. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should never be viewed as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

dew138 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered members at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your dew138 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a specified duration of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) to take a break from gambling.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dew138 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, technology partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the dew138 platform or any of its Services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the dew138 platform or any game or betting market, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any error, inaccuracy, or omission in any game outcome, odds, or payout calculation that is not attributable to dew138's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, tips, or predictions provided by third-party sources.

Where dew138's liability cannot be excluded by law, dew138's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to dew138 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by dew138's gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by dew138, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

Either you or dew138 may terminate your membership at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. Voluntary Closure by Member. You may request closure of your dew138 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be paid out to your registered payment method within 3 to 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
2. Termination by dew138. dew138 may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months; dew138 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on your account; or dew138 is required to do so by an applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
3. Forfeiture Upon Termination for Cause. Where dew138 terminates your account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions (including prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8), all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings held in your account at the time of termination shall be forfeited. Real-money deposits may also be withheld pending investigation where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
4. Survival. Clauses 8 (Prohibited Conduct), 9 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) shall survive any termination of these Terms & Conditions and continue to bind both parties.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to dew138's jurisdiction of operation.

dew138 operates as an international online betting platform and makes no representation that its Services are lawful, appropriate, or available in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of dew138 is lawful under the laws of your country, state, or territory of residence. dew138 accepts no liability for any consequence arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted or prohibited.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through dew138's customer support and complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

dew138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dew138 will provide reasonable notice to registered members via the email address on record, via a platform notification on the member's next login, or by posting a prominent notice on the dew138 website homepage.

Your continued use of the dew138 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
